Carmelita De La Guardia is a wonderful person, entertainer and woman that makes Omaha proud to have her as Mrs.Omaha 2005. I am an Activity Director for a skilled nursing facility where she has entertained our Residents and senior community numerous times.
The Residentsâ faces light up every time she performs for them. Hands are clapping, arms are waving and feet are stomping to her music. People are in awe from her dancing and beautiful singing and by her sincerity when she talks to the elderly Residents. All of the families enjoy performances, and most recently she made many of my female Residents happy when she entertained on Motherâs Day. She made the holiday even more social for all.
I highly recommend Carmelita for whatever she chooses to do in her entertainment life. She is a marvelous person to know.

What a great evening of entertainment you gave us last month. You have a beautiful singing voice and when you sang in Italian as well, the residents were amazed to say the least.
